Security researcher xylitol, has submitted on 02/09/2008 a cross-site-scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting www.tesda.gov.ph, which at the time of submission ranked 218298 on the web according to Alexa.
We manually validated and published a mirror of this vulnerability on 13/07/2009. It is currently unfixed.
